I guess the only drawback of X-01 is how much it costs to repair which is largely negligible. I'd imagine a BoS character constantly being in power armor so I use BoS T-60 (favorite btw) for BoS quests while power armor doesn't really make sense as a Railroad agent trying to keep things on the dl.
